The purpose of the visit was to discuss and evaluate high-pressure natural gas compressor solutions tailored to their specific operational requirements.

Understanding the Client’s Requirements

The Vietnamese team presented a clear set of specifications for their natural gas compression needs:​

• Inlet Pressure: 0.5 to 1 bar

• Discharge Pressure: 220 bar

• Flow Rate: 400 Nm³/h​

These parameters are critical for applications such as compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling stations and pipeline transportation systems. Selecting the appropriate compressor that meets these stringent requirements is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and safety.​

After a comprehensive analysis of the client’s needs, our engineering team proposed two of our advanced oil-free reciprocating compressor models:​

1. WF-4.2/5-220: A W-type, four-stage oil-free compressor designed for high-pressure applications.

2. DW-4.3/5-220: A D-type, four-stage oil-free compressor offering similar performance metrics.​

Both models are engineered to handle the specified inlet and discharge pressures while maintaining the desired flow rate. Their oil-free design ensures the purity of the compressed natural gas, which is vital for downstream applications.​
