High pressure skid mounted air compressor unit

W-10 / 200-c air compressor is a plug air compressor with oil lubrication, foundation and back to life. The unit features low energy consumption, low noise, small vibration, high reliability, simple operation and low maintenance cost. The whole machine is composed of compressor, diesel engine, gearbox, closed water system, pipeline system, control instrument system, electrical equipment and auxiliary equipment.

Compressor PID 

The machine adopts a pure piston machine to form a large displacement high pressure skid mounted air compressor unit, with a rated exhaust capacity of 10m3 / min and an exhaust pressure of 20.0Mpa. The power of the unit is diesel engine, and the piston engine is directly driven by the gearbox tire coupling with the diesel engine. All coolers and units in the system are water-cooled. The unit is installed on the same underframe, with compact overall design structure, small volume and light weight. Compressor automatic control is complete.
