Test and inspection
1. Part Material Inspection: Before shipment inspecting the mechanical properties and chemical composition of the following parts and provide inspection reports: cylinder, cylinder head, crankshaft, crankcase, main bearing, connecting rod, piston rod, piston rod, cross head, connecting rod bush connecting bolt, cross head pin, etc.
2. Nondestructive inspection: the supplier shall perform non-destructive inspection of the following parts.
Hydrostatic test and pressure test
The test pressure of cylinder block, cylinder head, piston and other compressed parts is at least 1.5 times of the maximum allowable working pressure, and lasts more than 30 minutes. The test pressure of the above parts of the water chamber is at least 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure, not less than 0.6MPa.
CHEMICAL AND PETROCHEMICAL
In the chemical and petrochemical sectors, Keepwin gas compressor operate safely at extreme pressure and temperatures, handling a wide range of light and heavy speical gases, many with corrosive gas, flammable gas, toxic gas, bio-hazardous gas components.

INDUSTRIAL GASES
Many situations, including high presssure filling of gas cylinders and tubes, pressurising gas cartridges for airbags, and the manufacture and processing of ultra-high purity, rare gas and electronic gases, require that the gases must be hermetically isolated from the atmosphere to prevent fire hazard, contamination or pollution. Keepwin diaphragm compressor compressors are the optimum choice for such applications.
